– Garland Thickness : Garland will have a thickness approx. 12″ to 18″

– This is a ready-made product to be collected/delivered and self installed by customer

DELIVERY :

~ delivery fee not included

~ time slot : 10am-2pm, 2pm-5pm

~ If you would like us to arrange a runner for you, we have 2 options :

1) WE BOOK, YOU PAY : We book Lalamove/Grab and set the payment as Cash (to be paid by recipient)

2) WE BOOK, WE PAY : After placing order, delivery fees to be paid to our ShopeePay. Charges are flat rate RM50 and RM80 depending on location. Please check with us before ordering.

PICK-UP :

~ time slot : 10am-2pm, 2pm-5pm

~ location : Desa Aman Puri, Kepong (Google : HappyLoons)

~ self-book runner or pick-up

~ inform us of your collection time before actual date and send us tracking once runner is on the way (please make sure the balloons can fit in your transport)

~ after order is sent out, we are not responsible if anything happened to the bouquet during transit. Buyer have to liaise direct with runner.

~ In the event some colours are out of stock, we will replace it with product of similar colour and price.

~ We reserve the right to reschedule the delivery/pick-up time (after discussing and agreed upon with buyer).

NOTE :

~ Premium add-ons (chrome, reflex and confetti), if any, are accents only and will cover 10% to 20% of your garland (surcharge applies).

~ Latex balloons in outdoors will oxidize over time and will take on a matte and dull texture.

~ Please keep your balloons away from extreme heat and cold air and if possible, out of direct sunlight, as this will decrease their lifespan.

~ Actual product colours may vary slightly from colours shown on your monitor/screen.
