DELIVERY/SET-UP/DISMANTLE :
~ we will come and set-up the backdrop for you
~ please check with us the rate to choose by providing us with your full delivery address
~ rate starts from RM100 (no dismantle – for backdrop only package)
~ flat rate of RM300 (with dismantle – for package with pedestal). Dismantle will either be same day or next day.
Please allow minimum 5 days for processing/handling of your orders. For urgent orders please message us and we will try our best to fulfill your requirements.
HOW TO ORDER :
1) Check with us date availability and set-up/delivery rate to your address.
2) Place your order in accordance with the delivery rate.

~ after order is confirmed, no refund or return will be entertained
~ In the event some colours are out of stock, we will replace it with product of similar colour and price.
NOTE :
~ LATEX : latex balloons in outdoors will oxidize over time and will take on a matte and dull texture.
~ FOIL : foil balloons when expose to cold temperature will shrink. Just bring it to warmer places and it will regain its original volume.
~ Do not leave helium balloons out in the sun as the expanded gas will pop the balloon.
~ Actual product colours may vary slightly from colours shown on your monitor/screen.
