DELIVERY :
~ time slot : 10am-2pm, 2pm-5pm
~ via Lalamove, Grab, etc (car)
~ please check with us the rate to choose by providing us with your full delivery address
~ delivery is flat rate RM30, RM50 or RM80

 

PICK-UP :
~ time slot : 10am-2pm, 2pm-5pm
~ location : Desa Aman Puri, Kepong (Google : HappyLoons)
~ self-book runner or pick-up
~ inform us of your collection time before actual date and send us tracking once runner is on the way

Please allow minimum 3 days for processing/handling of your orders. For urgent orders please message us and we will try our best to fulfill your requirements.

 

HOW TO ORDER :

1) Check with us date availability and delivery rate to your address (for delivery).

2) Place your order (choose Self Pick-up or Delivery).

3) FOR DELIVERY, please provide the following details via Chat :

5) PICK-UP : When your bouquet is ready for collection at your chosen time slot, we will text you to collect or book your runner.

 

T&C :
~ after order is sent out, we are not responsible if anything happened to the bouquet during transit. Buyer have to liaise direct with runner.
~ In the event some colours are out of stock, we will replace it with product of similar colour and price.
~ We reserve the right to reschedule the delivery/pick-up time (after discussing and agreed upon with buyer).

 

NOTE :
~ LATEX : latex balloons in outdoors will oxidize over time and will take on a matte and dull texture.
~ FOIL : foil balloons when expose to cold temperature will shrink. Just bring it to warmer places and it will regain its original volume.
~ Do not leave helium balloons out in the sun as the expanded gas will pop the balloon.
~ Actual product colours may vary slightly from colours shown on your monitor/screen.
