DELIVERY/SET-UP :

~ please check the rate by providing us with your full delivery address

~ delivery/set-up fees have to be transferred to our account before set-up date

~ rate starts from RM80 (including delivery and set-up).

~ we set-up the room for you.

~ please liaise with hotel before date of set-up to ensure we are authorized to go to your room for set-up.

~ set-up Time Slot : 10am-4pm

~ please inform us what time you need to use the room, we will need around 2-3 hours to complete the set-up depending on design.

 

PICK-UP :

Please allow minimum 5 days for processing/handling of your orders. For urgent orders, please message us and we will try our best to fulfill your requirements.

 

HOW TO ORDER :

1) Check with us date availability and set-up/delivery rate to your address.

2) Place your order after confirmation.

 

NOTES :

~ In the event items chosen are out of stock, we reserve the right to replace with items of similar pricing and colour.

~ Latex balloons in outdoors will oxidize over time and will take on a matte and dull texture.

~ Helium foil balloons when expose to cold temperature will shrink. Just bring it to warmer places and it will regain its original volume.

~ Do not leave helium balloons out in the sun as the expanded gas will pop the balloon.

~ Actual product colours may vary slightly from colours shown on your monitor/screen.
