1. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed as preparation and materials may already be arranged. However, if you need to make changes to your order, please contact us via WhatsApp : 6017-218 8257 as soon as possible to discuss available options.
2. Returns
Due to the nature of balloon decorations, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered.
3. Refunds
Refunds may only be issued if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The wrong product is delivered
