- All orders are subject to acceptance by HappyLoons.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, but you may contact us via WhatsApp to discuss alternatives.
- Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
2. Delivery
- We provide delivery to addresses in Klang Valley.
- Delivery times are approximate. HappyLoons is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
- For special locations (eg : hotel rooms), additional coordination may be required.
3. Returns & Refunds
- All sales are final due to the nature of our balloon products.

- We encourage customers to contact us via WhatsApp if there are any concerns.
4. Product Usage
- Balloon decorations are for event use only.
- Customers are responsible for safety around children and pets.
- Balloons may deflate naturally over time; this is not a defect.
5. Intellectual Property
- All designs, images, and content on our website belong to HappyLoons.
- Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
- HappyLoons is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of products.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product only.

- Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
